The Prairie Pictures StormStock library, founded in 1993 by cinematographer and storm chaser Martin Lisius, is recognized as the highest quality collection of storm footage in the world. The majority of StormStock originates on 35mm motion picture film and digital video. Our rights-managed images are licensed to film and television industry producers worldwide for use in broadcast, theatrical, advertising and corporate video productions.
We shoot our own footage which allows us to maintain the quality of our product from creation to delivery. Since StormStock is operated and maintained by photographers, we posses an intimate knowledge of our collection and can quickly locate and deliver the best possible footage to our clients.
